چکیده

A novel concept called volatiles distributor (VD), with the purpose to achieve an even distribution of over cross-section a fluidized-bed and better contact between bed materials, has been investigated. The could be useful for chemical- looping combustion, as well other solid fuel conversion processes in fluidized-beds. An experimental study VD circulating (CFB) cold-flow model was conducted under different fluidization velocities flows simulated volatiles. In reference case without VD, local plume is formed maldistribution becomes more pronounced at higher velocity range from 1 m/s 4 m/s.
